It's a little "slickery," but that's because it's water resistant (I realized that when I got caught in the rain one day and saw water beads on my arm).
If you apply it to your face, you are guaranteed to have white streaks no matter how much you rub it in. This is a great sunscreen as you can see by the picture, what isnt good is it goes on clear and obviously I missed some spots lol.

Especially surprising was that it could blend into your skin tone pretty quickly and did not leave much of a whitish tone on your skin. I do have sensitive skin, but I've never had any issues with sunscreen or any Neutrogena products before, so I am very suprised I had a reaction. It’s never made me break out or feel sticky or get sweaty.
