Agreeing to that was probably the worst mistake of my career as instead of having my dream job with an amazing company I was interested just another price of equipment as far as the company was consideried and even with 10 months of being told by upper management that I was a more productive and efficient employee then 90% of the permanent employees and promised repeatedly that they would hire me at the end of my contract I am currently unemployed and very upset that I trusted these horrible people. Managers were not present on-site and employees are required to perform jobs that were not part of their job description.
I didn't think it had much career advancement but overall wasn't a bad place to work. compensation, benefits, culture, promotion.
