Thanks to the blink camera working very well at my front door, I am able to write this review.
The Blink Indoor Camera is a Wi-Fi connected motion-detecting home security camera that packs in a ton of great features. For future products, we are researching the possibility of offering cellular service, as well. To help account for pets, Blink’s motion detector can be adjusted for sensitivity.
Please note that this Alexa Skill is currently only available in the US, Canada, UK, and Germany. This is important to note in the event that you are accessing clips via a cellular network, rather than a WiFi connection. Alexa always gives some stupid answer. Blink’s positioning and/or view cannot yet be controlled via the app. It's battery-powered and can be controlled with your voice when you're home, or accessed from the Blink app for a live view.
If you reach your storage limit, your oldest alert clips will be overwritten by the newest. See which one fits you best. Sad to see that I had to reduce password security for Alexa integration, but it worked. Please note that Blink’s initial release will only allow for one active Live View feed at a time.
