I think the only thing that changed about this restaurant is the amount of dumbasses that are leaving 1-star reviews because of issues that have nothing to do with the QUALITY of the FOOD this place serves...And the quality of their food is always great. Sometimes I love their pizza and other times it's so greasy, soggy, and nasty.
!Great service and the pizza always tastes great. -1 star because it was very difficult to understand the man when I called to put in a pick up order. If you're looking for a great neighborhood pizza place this is it !!
Like I want to order for a pizza 12 hours later . The most frustrating thing is that the pizza is really good and the only reason why they are getting one star is because their website and smart phone app is so ridiculously out of date. If you decide to pickup even though it says 35, it usually takes 10-20 minutes so It's pretty safe to head over right away. It was perfectly cooked and they made the crust perfectly crispy as we requested. I've worked in the online e-commerce space - the fact that your cheap business can't even automate a system to prevent such basic commands from functioning blows my mind!! Took 30 min for a togo order .but it was good,didnt like the fact that people that came after me got their order before me. I've ordered from here once, gotta say the cheese pizza was really good. I really would NEVER go to a place where I get called "mother fucker" or "son of a bitch" I'm ok with the "gay" part, though. I scanned the shopping center and found Big Mama's modest sign, tucked away in the corner.. My partner and I went in to sniff it out and grab a to-go menu for future endeavors, and instead, we were swept off our feet and guided to taste one custom made slice which sent us into complete bliss. When I called the restaurant it had closed for the night.Logically, there should be something that prevents you from placing an order and having your money accepted if you aren't able to fulfill the order due to the restaurant closing. I called to order pizza for my job as we were having a celebration for our employees. T.R.A.S.H The food is Trash , i just order delivery from this place and am very disappointed, i have tried other locations but this one has break the record in being the worst , the pizza arrived burned and cold as a rock , not even a seal on the box or anything the food arrive like TRASH and not even eatable , went straight to trash can , WASTE OF MONEY. I was glad that I chose to do so, and feel the need to stand up for this privately owned restaurant because these reviews are ridiculous...and the guy who owns this place and still works there every day is a very nice guy who shouldn't losing customers because of these ignorant and unfair reviewers who don't understand the difference between giving only 1 star and giving 1 star less.One guy, for example, left 1 star because apparently "the Egg Gondolas keep getting smaller..." When I ordered my food I realized that what actually happened was that they added a 1-Egg Gondola option, which that guy must have accidentally chosen, while still keeping their regular 2-Egg Gondola option, which remained the exact same size as before.
