Yes it’s so weird I am pretty good at setting this stuff up and have blink and loads of other stuff, All my echo shows have live view beside them - and normal devices don’t :-(. A community space for discussion about all things Ring. On the Alexa app does is say announcement and live view beside your echo show? This bundle includes Ring Video Doorbell Pro and Echo Show 5. These are my settings, just check them on yours: Alexa App (iOS) —> Devices —> Select the doorbell —> Check ‘Doorbell Press Announcements’ —> Ensure Echo Show is checked in ‘Announcement Devices’. That’s where the Ring comes in. I have just got a V2 but it works flawlessly unfortunately. Not only is it a doorbell, but it's also a security camera.

Thank you yes have that selected.. i have even just deleted ring doorbells, deleted alexa skills and camera... deleted both apps... reinstalled both apps and readded Doorbell and alexa skill and cameras.. checked announcment settings. ', Driving me and the household insane with me testing :), Change email address for Ring to same as Amazon as I read someone did that - although that makes no sense, Only have one echo show in announcement list and removing all other devices of which there is a lot.
I believe live view should come up automatically when bell is pressed. How to set up your Echo Show. Tried deleting Ring devices from both Apps and deleting apps and re adding from scratch still no dice.. TLDR: Press button Echo Show doesn't show live view automatically?
