The first 2 weeks I had the watch, it was perfect. The Galaxy Watch's biggest problem is that Samsung hasn't given you a killer reason to buy one and keep wearing it. Alexa, Google Assistant, Cortana, Siri, Bixby: Every company wants its own personal assistant, but not all of them have put in the work to make the program worth using. Synergy! This watch contionously is returned as it is obviously faulty however Samsung does not offer exchanges on their products and take a week to return private messages due to this I have had to contact consumer affairs and yet again return the watch.

The smaller, 42mm model comes in either all black or rose gold, while the 46mm model comes only with a silver case and black bezel and strap. How can a company which needs to provide a refund or replacement assess the product in an unbiased way?!?!?!
A follow up with my case. The following day, darined the battery within 6 hours and the gadget felt hot again when it was down to 15% battery life and I had to enable the power saving mode.
